If my passport expiry date is 11 DEC 2013, then i am travelling to Taiwan on 9 Jun 2013, can i still be allowed to travel? i know about the 6 months validity but i dont know it applies for departure back from Taiwan to Malaysia or departure from Malaysia to Taiwan.
checked IATA and united airlines give green light tho.. |

Well i am already at immigration here, the officer told me i can go no problem but i might have problem travelling back. But the problem is, my passport not expired and i am a malaysian citizen, i should be able to come back, not transit to othrr country i believe. I believe the 6months is for u to come back malaysia. But anyway, i took my queue and make a new one. I just scare it will not be out by this sat which i gonna travel at sunday evening.

Hi, my passport expiry is 05 Jun 2015, but i am going to bangkok on 10/12/2014 until 15/12/2014. Should i renew my passport? I am using a return ticket.
