Any idea what is the simple way to transfer my contact and sms from Note 2 to Note 3?

When I connect Note 3 to my laptop and notice that it can't detect my Note 3. But when I connect Note 2 to same laptop, it able to detect. Any idea this issue related to phone setting or laptop not able to support USB3?

Note 3 cable is different from Note 2. The Note 2 USB connector can't hook up to Note 3 phone.

Oh ya.. Can use Note 2 USB cable to plug into Note 3. But now can't detect from laptop. Any idea what need
to set from Note 3 ? (I can discover Note 2 from laptop)

I got problem to detect my Note 3 from my Win 7 laptop. When plug in Note 2 or Note 3 cable into my Note 3, I can't detect from Kies 3 or
even from Windows (but I can see from phone is charging when connected to my laptop). However, I'm using same laptop to connect to my Note 2 without any issue. Any setting I need to be done from my Note 3?

Used Note 3 for 2 days but without LTE service. Initially thought that my area without LTE signal. Then today went to Maxis centre just to clarify this. But to my surprise Maxis, their system never set it right for me on my account LTE service. No wonder I never see "LTE" sign from my Note 3 since day 1

My subscription is 5GB, surf more 75. I'm using new sim card. But just now Maxis service technician shown from their system my service without LTE activated (Not from my phone), hence my phone not able to detect LTE.

Perhaps Note 3 selling like hotcake.. Last Friday I went Maxis QB, many sign up the maxis package with Note 3.
