Duhh..there goes the fable Gorilla Glass 3 doh.gif

Well "Gorilla Glass 1 to 3" is a glass no matter how much they commercialise it...The screen will not shatter unless a casing that can protect the screen is used...

can we claim our consumer right because get cheated by the commercial?
*
hmm.gif I doubt so.Even if we complain to the people who are working in this field I they'd be saying that this is Samsung's policy and we can't do anything about this and blablabla...Well, as what joytest has said, the screen is a glass. So we can't expect it not to shatter unless we use a case that can protect the screen well...

Not covered by warranty.
But you can buy additional insurance

How much does the additional insurance cost?

Insured by who...am not sure.  hmm.gif

Does the screen still need to be replaced together with the digitizer as well? If it is like the note 2, replacing the cracked screen will be expensive...

Finally bought one... classic white for rm 2300
The back cover is just plastic with texture?

first thing i test is yhe battery. Mine eat up 30% in 2hour

Wifi on, mobile data off.
Screen brightness at around 80% (continuously on)
With installation of  programs *the device is downloading and installing all the apps i have in my android tablet into this note3
*
Just give some time for the battery to get used to the phone as you just purchased it.After a few days of charging, the battery life will last longer.
