Friend of mine his Note 3 having issue locking on to data network. When coming out from let say an underground car park where there is not coverage, the phone does not show any data network, only mobile network. In other words, incoming / outgoing call no issue but cannot access Internet due to no data signal (i.e. No E, 3G, H). Need to switch to airplane mode and switch back to get the data.

Tried changing a new sim card from Digi but still the same. Currently case open with Digi and pending for feedback. If still o luck, have to visit Samsung service centre
