i know which one is the worst. megelli - since it's china made
second worse? naza blade, since it's a re-badged korean hyosung honda cbr250 is a 1-CYLINDER engine, for god's sake. it sounds like a yamaha LC135 Z250 and Ninja250r are siblings. they are the best. but pricewise, they are EXPENSIVE |

1 - issues with naza blade 250
- feel heavy - rough engine - the back cylinder prone to overheating issue * oil cooled V engine common prob 2 - CBR250 single - better torque than ninja250 - easier to ride in town 3 - ninja250 - twin cylinder - reliable n proven engine - old tech engine 4 - megelli - no comment ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- maintanance wise all about the same unless major parts needed to be change |

For a 250cc it is big jump going to 600cc but definitely worth more of money at 22k for 250cc while 33k for 600c.

Z250 is RM21589. Just less RM1000 from normal Ninja 250L 2013 (the fairing one).

simply go for Naza Blade 250R or N....with RM14000 price, u save around RM10000..with Rm10k saving, you can simply spare for maintainance after that...
not bad after all the blade since i got so many friends using it...either daily or weekend bike...u can simply dig an information about this bike in FB...plenty of time to think and re think... for me, kawasaki ninja 250 are simply pricey for 250cc... just my 34.5sen |

Kawasaki 250r are simply pricey of course but that blade250r are basically worthless imo..it had problematic with efi sensor, stand switch malfunction, bad cable clutch housing, harsh engine n gearbox shifting, bad air cool system, loosing screw n nuts dropping out, soft monoshock, super high preload monoshock for big bike feel, super big tyre for so called big bike feel but weak n soft monoshock...those problems are identifiable and happens for user that uses less than 5k km...honestly I rather pay the extra 10k n get a safer bike...not bad after all the blade since i got so many friends using it...either daily or weekend bike...u can simply dig an information about this bike in FB...plenty of time to think and re think... for me, kawasaki ninja 250 are simply pricey for 250cc... just my 34.5sen my 25cent opinion only |

QUOTE(K.H.A.I @ Sep 27 2013, 08:34 AM) its cheap for 250cc category but if its so problematic and u wanna gamble your life with that machine then u can go on...i had a friend have 2 major problems happen to him while riding n almost get bang n die1) clutch cable broken only bout 4k mileage (6 month to 10 month old bike) can't really remember exact figure...and the clutch cable broken during riding bout 100km/h not still. Imagine how dangerous u can't shift 2) the bike after riding at 100km/h..suddenly the bike jerks n the bike's engine is off. After repair, the problem detected its due to EFI sensor malfunction (engine too hot its seems) and side stand sensor is too hot(malfunction)...and yea u must understand that the bike's engine is off when the bike is rolling probably bout 80km/h back then..u probably crash n die on the spot i won't complain much if the engine or gearbox is harsh n all coz its cheap but those deadly malfunction can cause u to die on road man...if u r experience rider, at least u can control it or so called evade but if u r inexperience rider(for sure u gonna die when problems like this happen) and conclusion, my friend sold off the bike after repaired n tell me never to get naza blade especially the 250 model...650 model seems to have lesser problem This post has been edited by intel_centrino: Sep 27 2013, 09:24 AM |

QUOTE(zegapain @ Nov 23 2013, 03:38 PM) sry for interrupted just need some advise of 250cc bike which is better. uve narrowed down to just the single piston 250cc bikes. haha.. - SYM T2 250i - KTM 200 - Honda CBR 250 For daily ride to work...Also maintenance service expensive? TQ maintenance wise, more or less the same. Which is better is subjective. As in this case, you are not comparing with ninja. Or else, ninja is the better option. Haha.. all 3 can do daily good enough. cbr250 will have more top end speed thanks to the fairing. The slowest would be the 200 duke. T2 stands in the middle. Id go for cbr250. |

im the user of z250 here is the feedback from me.
for maintenance wise...it cost me about rm200++ every 2 months since this machine required 2.2L engine oil (which means rm50 for every 3 belray engine oil and oil filter) it depends on the oil engine.... if you prefer to use semi syn.. it will cost you about rm40 per bottle.... i think it is same with ninja 250.... unless if you go for z250SL or ninja 250SL... if im not mistaken those machine required bout 1.2L engine oil only |
