it kinda depends on body fat... do you have alot of fat on you or is it muscle? lol. just knowing your height/weight doesnt wont tell us if you're overweight.

Your ideal weight is 70.8-76.8kg.
So, you need to reduce 2 kgs only. Wanna know how, PM me.. |

QUOTE(allets @ Jun 6 2006, 10:21 AM) I shud suppose you'll talk about herbalife, just as you tried promoting to me. I've just hit 70KG's/177CM @ 12% BF and I think I look better this way. BMI is just so inaccurate in measuring. I'm gonna stop at 75KG's though. Anymore and it'd probabbly be too much. |

I never skip breakfast, i never skip supper, eating before bedtime is a must (I'm talking healthy food, not nasi goreng or mee goreng). I got to the gym 3 times a week, less than an hour per session. I do a hybrid of hypertrophy/strength training, with a few principles of DoggCrapp (yeah, there's actually a name for that training) and Max-OT principles incorporated into my routine. I work a bodypart once a week, with DE (Dynamic Effort) and RE (Repetitive Effort) days alternated per session. Used to do Heavy Duty (a form of HIT created by Mike Mentzer but then he was a genetic freak who was a pure mesomorph) but it sucked, gave me strength gains but not much hypertrophy results. Wasted quite a lot of time on it. I didn't like Mike Mentzer's objectivity based theories. Too dogmatic. |

i'm too lazy to actually do research on this but what exactly is herbal life and how does it help one lose weight?
how does it compare to normal healthy eating and such? interested to know as noone i know uses "special" diets and such to keep in shape and maintain a healthy life, is it really better than eating properly and exercising? |

Herbalife is so american diet thingie that promotes their health products. How effective, I don't know but I stick to what my doctor prescribes to me. So far, no recommendation for herbalife, so I'll stick to vitamin c.
The only special diet I have, is to eat everything, but more of protein food and vitamin laden food. Oily food, I eat too, but I don't take too much of it |

Well we could. I'm sure Herbalife will come out with something that'll clear up the arteries for you. They're smart, they cause the problem, then sell something that allegedly fix it.
Heck, they'll even come up with something that'll prolong your life for 50 years despite daily smoking of Camels and 5 cans of Heineken. |

For plaque removal Herbalife will corner the market on doing heart bypass, angioplasty and other heart surgeries, don't worry. (Buyout IJN or something, who knows, since they are making RM8 a meal from idiots who buy their "health supplements")They will market heart surgery to you pyramidically, you get one member you get 20% off your own surgical procedure. So its to your advantqage to induce as many heart attacks in your friends and family as possible!! Whoohoo! |

so the idea with herbalife is to lose weight without any work, just eating overpriced food. right?
what is actually lost when you lose weight doing this? muscle mass and/or fat? cause noone likes a slim fatty whos all fat and no muscle. |
