At 1st their staff is not willing to entertain me when I told them my line are still with DG, then I started to insist that I've called Maxis Helpline numerous time to confirm everything before I proceed to get it on the launching day. I even show them my call log to maxis helpline, as the result, their senior officer offer a very pleasant solution for me, which I am very happy with glad that I made my choice to MNP to Maxis...

Yup, is a mistake by Maxis and misprint on their flyer. But guess what, I am one of the LUCKY one who get the SM 75 12mth for 1699. Right after I've made my payment, the price change... Early birds get the worms...

Based on what stated on the flyer before the price correction, it was RM1699 with Rm250 advance payment. But after the amendment, it is RM1899 + RM250 advance payment.

Maxis already announce that the RM1699 was a mistake, it should be RM1899. And this is the part where I slightly dislike about Maxis, because they announce the Note3 plan at last minute, it makes most of their staffs unprepared for the info, and each time I called their helpline, all their operators give me different info despite I am asking the same question...

I got mine with that price...

1699 + 250 + 150(additional advance payment due to my SPECIAL situation, so that I can get the Note 3 on the spot) = 2099

Will be visiting Maxis KLCC one more time once my lines successfully ported in...

Hopefully can be done by tomorrow...

Gosh, just check from Maxis LTE coverage map, it seems that their LTE coverage in Cheras still haven't expand till Batu 9...

Which is the border of where I am living now...

But I am still very satisfy cause their H+ speed is MUCH more faster than yellow man one...

Guys, may I know how can I check the e-warranty status for my device?

Will samsung SMS me once I register the e-warranty with them? Or there is a website to check the details?

Maxis never shows the 12 months plans on their website. But it is true, they do offer 12 months plans for Note 3.

Here is the details for 12 months plan...

SurfMore 50 : RM1999 @ RM250 advance payment

SurfMore 75 : RM1899 @ RM250 advance payment

Advance payment will be offset in 5 months period...

Pls be advice that if you are MNP from other telco to Maxis and plan to sign up for the Note 3, PLS make sure that you port out from your previous telco and port into Maxis 1st, otherwise you won't be able to get the Note3 on the same day.

And according to Maxis, MNP usually takes 2 working days...


P/S : For my special case, I MNP and sign up the Note 3 plan on the same day and manage to get the Note3 on the same day. Now I am having a new number from Maxis and will be doing the swapping once my old number sucessfully port in. And I already receive a call from DG last night, asking me the reason of my MNP. I just told them directly that the line and data speed is like snail, with H+ I still couldn't load my data...

So hopefully today I can go to Maxis KLCC to complete the swapping so that I don't need to carry 2 device with me anymore...

I'm upgrading from a S2, and the speed and performace is like 200% greater than it....

Nope, Maxis FOC Gear is only for those who sign up TM78 + 3GB with 24 months contract. Plus you won't get the Gear on the spot, only start collecting it on 3rd Oct. And one more thing, it is not a FOR SURE item, cause it is based on the confirmation of signing up the plan for the 1st 800 users, NATIONWIDE...

This part is kinda misleading in their ads...

But if you think logically, where got such "deals" in the real world...

Guys, is it possible to use 1 gmail address to sign in for 2 device?

I am using my gmail for my S2 and Note3, and my Note3 can't seems to load the Play Store but my S2 can...

Pls enlighten me...

Yesterday I went to KLCC, I think they have sufficient stock there...

Maybe you can give them a try...
