QUOTE(San.Diego @ Oct 11 2013, 12:38 PM) Good choice, my friend. It's a powerful one. There're saying that it's sluggish, especially the first two gears. However, once u understand this car better, it's not truly so. Thanks!Happy driving..! I hope i dont regret it. The car is still under warranty, and free service.. so the owner says i wont have to worry about bad parts. Btw, i want to mod it.. but not sure what will void the warranty, and what will not. Anyone have a list of things i can change without voiding the warranty? I have read most of everything on the first page. |

QUOTE(JXplod @ Oct 11 2013, 12:55 PM) Bro, I'm a 2.0p user, and sold my ride d. I'm waiting the trd vious, much better compare inspira. Key less and proven tech engine and gear box. Do you know each time service inspira need rm400? And the rattling sound too. I totally given up to Fox this car. your call, share my 2 Sen experience. And the car is as noisy as ever with the road echo, and less power drive on acceleration. Ah.. i see.tho on paper, it has more horsepower than the new vios. I thought most rattling sounds could be silenced.. Road echo.. can that be silenced with soundproofing? This post has been edited by win44: Oct 11 2013, 12:59 PM |

QUOTE(JXplod @ Oct 11 2013, 01:09 PM) Bro win44, and the community here a lot of poison to fix, remap, auto lock, key less, light weight rims, chassis foaming, sound proof, afs, asc, projector head lamp, mmcs, dashboard trim, auto fold mirror, snolker, Knn air filter, self diy drilling, Car cosmetic, skirting, spider, Evo looks etc etc, hope you have cash thick wallet, cheers The car externals already look like an EVO X, so i save a little on body kits. But yeah, i might spend a bit on extras. auto-fold mirrors sound cool. i will decide later about soundproofing, coz its expensive. Keyless entry and autolock are luxuries.. haha.. maybe when i get year end bonus. btw, will remapping void the warranty? This post has been edited by win44: Oct 11 2013, 01:33 PM |

QUOTE(JXplod @ Oct 11 2013, 01:57 PM) Hehe, welcome to the club then , btw seen the out look like evolution x d, stills scare void warranty? Proton can say that you have converted and void warranty If they want to be nasty. yeah, i know what you mean. But for now, its just the outlook, and no performance mods. Hoepfully the warranty is still valid. |

Sad to hear that most owners dislike their inspira..
Oh well... Im about to sign my loan agreement. hopefully its not as bad as i hear from hear. haha My plan is pretty standard, fix some cosmetic/functional poision, then when warranty expires, install BOT. |

Question:
if the previous owner changed to 18" rims, and bigger tyres, if he did not re-calibrate the speedometer, 1. Do i need to go get it recalibrated? 2. Also, will the bigger tyres affect the transmission ratios? i mean, i assume the gears are set to give best power/torque for the stock size tyres. |

QUOTE(JXplod @ Oct 14 2013, 12:47 PM) better check whether is ori BBS or taiwan replica, i really dont suggest to use taiwan replica due to our msia road condition, if anything happen... really will regret till no tomorrow. Double check and c. I asked the owner, he said he doesnt know if the BBS are ori or not. but he said they cost him 2.6k for the set.16" go for light weight , you will feel the difference hehe Do you think its a Taiwan replica? What do you mean "if anything happen" haha.. are taiwan replica that bad? |
