visited their new sales gallery for SV2, show unit will only open for viewing next weekend with makan makan event.
2 residential block and the shorter building is the office tower with link bridge connecting to the mall and retail.
3 MRT station as from the sunway medical centre there will also be a link bridge connecting to Chan Sow Lin station.
Leasehold, indicative price from 550k or RM850+/- psf. Now opening the tower 1 for registration, target to launch in Sept 2018.

chan sow lin station is connecting from the medical centre which target opening 2nd half 2019 but not sure when will the link bridge complete. The walk is estimated around 750m from the medical centre to the station compare to walking to maluri station is 200m.

7% + 4% is only for the priority registrants and until the launch weekend only. The price actually lower than the initial indicative 850psf on average. the 840 sf (being the average unit size) nett price quoted to me is around RM780psf on the mid floor which mean if lower floor should able to get even lower psf to RM760psf reducing the floor premium of RM1k per floor.
Smallest unit always have to pay high premium on psf due to the small unit size but on absolute price it is still low, around 100k difference with 840sf which is the next after 635sf. That's why i selected 840sf and is a dual key able design. Only thing is 1 car park aiks.... 969sf onwards only have 2 parking bay.

Yup, went to sales gallery today for the architect talk and asked the SA. 840 sf unit size is around 780-800++ psf depend on the floor and is nett after the early bird rebates and the bigger unit ie 1,281 psf as low as 750psf.
Unit selection not started, will be around end Sept / early Oct by way of balloting which they will notify once the date set and from insider source, it's not likely they will entertain any bulk purchase deal, the privilege and priority shall be given to those deposit their cheque except which Sunway staff will have the first priority.
