I'll just mention the details here. The early bird rebates for Block A still extends to Block B, with the caveat of lesser signing incentive now in force (unfortunately for both Blocks).

Don't compare to m vertical.. It is totally different product and different market. Ppl drive bm will not go for proton.

If you realised, next to velo2 sales office got the old houses not yet dismantle, not sure sunway will buy over the land for future development..

Most investors in this SV2 project are banking on TRX being a success and there would be many PRC nationals working in the financial services industry that would rent units there. Most likely it would be the mid-level executives that would be the tenants and many would be rented by their employers since it is only 1 stop to TRX.
It is supposed to be a more expensive, lower density and supposedly very posh place.

I did that a few days ago. Any idea what would be happening on the pieces of land to the left of the bridge as you walk from the station towards SVM?

Did you try walking to SVM when you were walking around M Vertica?
