Not much room appreciation. Rental play can lar..
Great for own stay also, amenities within doorstep
But the larger dual key unit still with tiny window as per propcafe reviews... πŸ˜‚

So sunway velocity mall can perform better among all new malls. Many new malls in pj, Damansara, Bangsar south, Cheras, near klcc all failed /dying.
More commercial development will fail such as millerz, central park damansara, etc..

Location and development plan is very important.
Not just simply pump in money to develop new mall, need to be more outstanding above those existing established malls.
