I just came back from its property gallery just across the road from Sunway Velocity. The sales staff mentioned that the tentative average price is between RM800/sf - RM850/sf. As for unit sizes, I saw a 635sf units along with some 8xxsf and 9xxsf units and the larger ones are 1,045sf and 1,281sf. Just note that some of the smaller units are dual-key 1 + 1 types. Bigger units are the normal type. Land title is LH and commercial title.

This project will launch either at the end of this month or early next month based on the sales staff stationed there and I did see piling machines doing their work at the project site dy.

When I first received the notice from the SDB sales staff late last year, the early bird pricing is around RM 880psf - RM 900psf. Maybe now could've gone up dy.

Dropped that project in the end coz most of the units are 1 - 2 bedroom units while the the 3 bedroom is more like a dual key unit.

SV has already built up the link bridge...so walk into SV before choosing either Maluri or Cochrane station...

You use underground tunnel just to see leng lui only?

I recall seeing that overhead walkway going towards the Cochrane MRT station under-con in tandem with V Residence 2 since last year, so don't expect any underground connection towards the former. Should be done by now but didn't really take notice as I seldom drive to that part of SV. Might do just that this coming weekend when I pay the sales gallery a visit for its opening day.

Got two. Either walk to Cochrane which is about 15 minutes walk or to Maluri and its about 10 minutes fully covered and passing through Sunway Velocity

That was fast. The 2 different sales staff who attended to us only mentioned that the actual pricing will be revealed on September itself. If the pricing is dy revealed last week, then I'd better make myself available this Wednesday or this weekend to check on the pricing for both the 1,045sf and 1,281sf units.

I wish I knew. When I first registered at their tablet, I did not see any 'priority' section on the form displayed there. Even the sales staffs who tended to us did not point this out either.

sunway Velocity mall doing quite well now. very steady and far better than neighbor mytown. manyak pipu from inside to outside. outdoor shop also getting very happening.
