About this part, I recall that the sales staff stationed there only mentioned 7% + 4% + RM 15k/20k/25k for those who sign up to the balloting, not 8% + 4% + RM 15k/20k/25k. He even whatsapped me a week or two back on the details and it's still the former pricing, unless they changed it at the last minute.

According to the sales staff who attended to me previously, he mentioned that they are now waiting for the percentage of booked units to reach 75% before they commence the launch of Block B, estimated to be either at the end of December or around Q1 2019.
The only reason I can think of is that if a bumi buyer bought a unit, then it will be locked as such. Same practice used by Astoria.

I don't see the big deal about it, tho. If it really is, wouldn't DBKL/KPKT come knocking at their door by then?

If you're referring to the restaurant workers, they'd normally rent at a cheaper place such as Plaza 393 and Warisan Cityview, which is behind and next to SV respectively. Both projects look like they've seen better days, to put it mildly.

If V-Residences 1-3 are any indication, I recall that someone here once posted of an acquaintance staying in one of them and he felt that it was almost empty most of the time.
