investment have to look at starting price point too ma... it will determine your future appreciation and your rental yield too... and the whole SV masterplan connects to various mrt/lrt stations.... depends on how far u wanna walk... lol

now all the good foods gone or relocated already... left the food court opposite queen park still there... no more good stuff anymore... now is more to cater the china expat thats lurking around the area....

I used to ride my bicycle to the Queens Coffee shop all the time for tausa pau. Still operated by the same family but these days most of the older stalls have long since gone.

Most of the food that used to be famous aren't that good any longer or maybe am getting old and taste buds not as good as it used to be.

Still a favourite activity of mine is to drive to Pudu for claypot chicken rice and then go for a tausa pau for dessert.

my favourite food is the yong tau fu... now should be moved to queen park already... better environment but price increase because rental not cheap already....

Yes the wings are good as is the satay at the same place.

Ahh yes the infamous yong tau fu, used to be my after school lunch.

Never would have guessed this place would transform the way it did. Never would have guessed one day it would be home to high end developments as the Queens Park and Plaza 393 are mostly failures.

i think still okay la... illi area now also redeveloping.. parc 3 there at least not side by side with the low cost apartments further inside... mira also dodgy enough previously with the land before hoarded up also full of drug addicts and beggars sleep there previously... lol... just that luckily with lavile and refurbished aeon... everything looks better abit...

if anyone interested to own shoplot/ retail lot... can consider the illi's retail blocks... very good potential and the pricing quite reasonable for matured area...
