Those lower floor units are good entry for those with limited budget.    i think sunwei will do something on the window probably, to secure the privacy?..   

We'll only know once the sale is open to the public after the balloting. For now, it's just the average price for all the layouts.

And for your info, the layouts for each floor will be the same in Block A. Only for Block B will the larger Type E (1,044sf) and Type F (1,281sf) will no longer be available and replaced with another type of layout.
