Yes, agree. PRC students and tourists are way better than Africans.

Based on my observation, I noticed an increase of PRC presence in the mall. This part of Cheras, batu 2 (Chinese residential area) is the closest to KL golden triangle as compared to kepong, puchong and other chinese residential areas.
In my opinion, Sunway shall promote and attract even more PRC tourists to live here and make it a "hub" because there are plenty of chinese food available and surroundings, for example, pudu area. Traveling is also convenient with the MRT. Just like how Mont' Kiara and KLCC areas had become expat's favourite place to live today.
