Today grand opening, not open for sales yet , just for you to view the whole concept of project which consist of 6 plan layout : 635 sf , 840sf, 883sf, 969sf, 1044sf n 1281 sf , indicative price 850psf .. leasehold 99 years n 40cent maintenance and 4 years to be completed end of 2022 . My opinion is good to invest .. tower A only open for sales on sept 2018 , tower B later stage .

These two plan layout is the hot units to sell fast ... from rm550k above with free Air cond for all rooms n water heater ..

The priority unit selection for Sunway Velocity TWO will be held as follows:

Date: 13 OCT 2018 (SAT)
Venue: Sunway Velocity TWO Sales Gallery
Time:
9.00am-10.00am : Registration
10.30am : Unit selection starts

1. Registration starts from 9.00am and strictly closes at 10.00am sharp
2. Upon registration, a pair of numbers will be given to you. Please drop one side of the number into the box.
3. One cheque is entitled to one unit purchase
4. Every customer / name / joint purchase will be given one number only. You may select multiple units depending on number of cheque(s) given
5. The representative of Sunway will randomly draw the number from the box to determine the sequence number for unit selection
6. Downpayment can be made by cheque / credit card
7. Customers who sign SPA on 13&14 OCT 2018 will be entitled to:
i. Add. 1% rebate (pay only 2% downpayment)
ii. Signing incentive :-
- RM15k for Type A
- RM20k for Type B, B2, C, C2, D, D2
- RM25k for Type E, F

For example : if I want to purchase type B and sign up spa on that days . Then I can get

8% + 4% + 20k on 13/10 and 14/10 ; if not

7% +4% on other dates .

If u r ex- purchaser or your immediate family are ex-purchaser , then u can get additional 2% discount on spa price at anytime u purchased .

Ya. Confirmed u r paying 2% down payment on spa price plus 20k cash incentive by signing spa tomorrow . If other days , u have to pay 3% down payment on spa price without have signing incentive (20k if I buy type b) . biggrin.gif

If u have 3 rejected loan letter from 3 different bank , then they will refund for u . But , subject to deduct 1.5% based on 2% payment you have made ... if u pay the 2% with credit card . U are giving one month time to apply a loan from bank after signing spa . After one month , your 2% will burn ... Fair enough sad.gif

This is the latest updated on Saturday around 2pm . Today I think almost sold out .. left few units .. for those who interested may be go today for last additional 1% plus cash incentive grab ... if not have to wait Block b launching which expected increase price around 5%..
