 NEWBIE Q: Can i use my home subwoofer for my ice?

I want to ask to all sifus, can i use my home theater subwoofer for my car?

My dvd player kong already and i dont know what to do with the speakers.

There's a label at the back of the subwoofer stated impedance 3ohm.

Can ar? sweat.gif

if is 3 ohm then should be alright. but u need a car amp to drive it. dont use your HU's amp. another thing is, will the sub withstand such tremendous heat during day time? biggrin.gif
