Weather like malaysia hot all day, how long does you guy dashcam battery can last??
Mine lasted me approx 10 to 11months. Then battery no longer kept charges.

it is no choice one, unless u keep ur camera all the time, if u leave it on the windscreen, it sure will degrade over time.

Been using mine for 2year ady. That time capacitor type dashcam not available.
Mine kept all time at windscreen, as mine when engine shut the dashcam still under surveillance for 2hour.

I just ordered mine Dome DAB201 and Dome A306, DAB201 will located in front and A306 will be at the rear.

Currently im using dome A306 for rear. Spec wise not bad. Using novatek NTK96658 with sony IMX322 lens

All dashcam can do that by adding low voltage protection module you can record while your car is off.
It will shut off recording once your car batt reach 11.6V.

By using this method you need to hardwire your dashcam.

You can tag into your fuse box with fuse tap this method we call it hardwire. You need to use constant power supply from fuse box.
Just done install for my friend today.

Yup fit perfectly. I'm using it.
At that aliexpress pages got the size of the holder.
