Which is better: Mini 0806 or DOD LS460W?
BTW, I read that Mini 0806 is not recommended for hot climates. Is it true or this only applies to the 1st and 2nd generation models?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Mini 0806 uses battery (refer spec sheet here: http://mini0806.com/spec.html).
Among the more common and affordable models, only Blueskysea G1W-CB and Novatek A118C have capacitors in them.

If Lazada's price is cheaper then better to order from Lazada as you'll receive it within days instead of weeks.

I had ordered something else from them before and they arrived within a week so I thought it would be de same. LOL

Exactly! Becos it has a battery in it! :-) But eventually de battery will kaput.

I made a mistake in ordering a A118C from an eBay seller instead of from gearbest, ended paying extra like USD25 altho i do get a hard wire adapter which actually only cost few USD.

I chose A118C for its small form factor, builtin capacitor, ease in mounting n dismounting it (cos I dun plan to leave it on de windscreen when i get down from my car) and its full hd capability. I plan to hard wire it via de fusebox so that not only its tidier but also free up my cig lighter socket for other purpose. Cant wait for it to arrive. :-)
