As a manager, u need to pick a favorite formation and stick with it for the majority of the season. For recent time BR has chosen 4-2-3-1 as his main system, yet we only have one proper AM in Phillipe Coutinho. The reason we look tired in 2nd half because we are playing two in there, just two deep sitting midfielders. We should be playing 4-3-3 and playing Phillipe Coutinho on the left, and did ever so well at Espanyol playing there. We shouldn't have loaned out Suso, or should at least be playing Luis Alberto there behind the striker in his natural position rather than Jordan Henderson (who is then played out of position) or Iago Aspas (out of position). It's incredibly frustrating and sometimes I wonder if football is simply a scripted and players know what the result should be before a game. So many suspect things happen in games and manager's making stupid decisions.

if we want top4 we need more than lucas and gerrard calibre.. lucas can only tackle and gerrard can only make deep pass... while paulinho,dembele,ramires,yaya,fernandiho,flamini,ramsey they all can tackle,pass, pace move,dribblling, attack and score.. we really need this kind of multipurpose player.. the league is getting tougher and tougher..
