What about Sterling? He is so soft that every time when he get the ball, he cant hold it. And often seen him on the ground when the opponent track him and tackle him.

Oh my..you guys is so freaking mean on Hendo, he is so consistent being a decent players for us, and today just not his day.

I don't think BR doesn't see that, Hendo had been playing at the wing and wing back for so long edi. I wonder why can't BR put Moses instead at the wings, then put Hendo at the center behind the 2 strikers, at least Moses could do a better job as winger. If you guys could notice, I felt like Hendo being restraint from BR not to dribble, but cross and pass as soon as the ball reach him at the wing.(or he really cant dribble ).

I would prefer Hendo to play behind the strikers, and Moses can be put at the right or left flank. He is a winger after all.

3-5-2 and 3-4-1-2 always been good when you have all the respective players in the respective position, simply said that they must be real good in their position, then this formation could be deadly.

So far our 3 defenders doing a good job, but not great. The attackers doing good. But our midfield and the wing back is not at their best, and not doing their best too.

Having said that, 4-3-3 still my favourite formation, been using it in my football games all the time.
