Hi, recently Blizzard identified my account as a 'potential hacked' account and asked me to change my password.

Problem is I'm not getting the confirmation code on my handphone number (Maxis) which I registered for SMS Protect.

Any bros/sis having the same problem here of not receiving the SMS from Battlenet? I've received the SMS before, so it should be all good.

Any updates from bros/sis who have received an SMS from Battlenet recently would be greatly appreciated.

I was trying to unlock my account yesterday night

After putting in my details, it brings me to the sms protecting page

but i did not receive the sms code to my phone

Tried to resend the code but it shows error

I cant unlock my account
