i wonder what does the Optimized backlight actually do. Isn't it the same as adapt to lighting condition on the brightness setting?

html 5 - yes

The front is okay (Z SP is slightly smaller)
as for the back of the phone, due to the different camera placement, you will need to cut the corner off. (and it is slightly smaller as well)

Just received my Nilkin Z1 sp, it fits and feels great (for now)

probably will be slightly off if you use manual white balance setting in the camera. it only affects the screen.

yup, you just need to unscrew the 2 hidden screw under the rubber lining at the bottom of the dock and pop it out.

how do u exit your app? it always go to the homescreen if I press the home button..(i normally close my apps by swiping it off in the recent app button)

Yup, like what pohsze said, you have to backup your own TA, can't use other ppl's TA.

If unlocked without backing up the TA, the drm will be gone forever.....
