I do need your feedback guys. What's your average battery life for 1 day usage? Does it last for more than 1 day or how?

Because I do have problem back then when I'm using Lumia 800. I hope i dont have any problem with my 1020. And for me, if the battery can hold for 1 day, its good enough.

*This is my 1st full day using 1020. Hehe.

That looks good.

Right now my battery has gone down to the 55-60% range after full charge at 8-9 AM this morning.

I've done a lot of installing, surf etc. But still its not good.

I dunno whether the battery needs something like a 'warm up' before it can be fully optimize by the phone.

Just some tips though, since you are exploring the Windows Store for apps, if your phone ever does a random reboot on it's own it means you have downloaded a Windows Phone 7 app or an older version of it. To check whether it is a WP7 app or not just check the last time the app was updated.

I used to have this issue back when I use 920. But now I rarely download any new apps so I don't get this random reboot anymore.
*
I've used these apps for a long time before (before using Lumia 800). They're all compatible & updated. Since its coming from reputable developers, all are stable & very good. Just my personal experience.

p/s: And from what i know, any 7.5 app that is not updated cannot be certified as WP8 app. So there's no need to worry i think bro. But still there's a lot other app that can bring problem to our phone. Still need to be really cautious about that. I'll share with all of you if i've experience any problem with any app.

The 3G drained my batter very fast. Did anyone face something similar?

Btw, if its set to 2G it can last for a day & a half.

3G always drains any phone batteries fast.
Suggest to go 4G/LTE save a lot more battery.
My place and studying place have 4G/LTE so I use it biggrin.gif
*
For these 2 days when i used 3G, the battery only lasts about 12-16 h

Will do some experiment with 4G tomorrow. Thanks for the tips wink.gif

camera is damn good. fyi, i'm a nokia N-series phone user too.

but too bad i can't jump ship to this 1020 because i heard there's issue with whatsapp notification. sigh.

For me, no problem whatsoever with Whatsapp notification. But there's a problem with FB toast notification.

I can safely recommend you to buy screen protector from tskhor: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...9&hl=lumia+1020

Bought the Crystal Full Transparent Case from him, great quality.
