Yeah. Last night want to bid for players was so upsetting. Always miss good price.
Opening packs doesn't help. All not good ones.

Those are very 'rare' or Team of the Week player, usually released every week based on real-life performance. These players can be sold for a very high price. Minimum 5 figures, can go up to a million too, depending on a player. I saw someone selling Neymar (TOTW) for 1.5mil And no you cannot create them, they are available from packs. Addiction to open the pack eh?

same here, all players got from the pack were only good for sale...even the value of the player are too average...
but i kept the consumable item...

The patch has taken most of the fun out of FIFA 14 for me. Made it feel like FIFA 13 all over again, where pace is king. It's no longer FIFA 14, more like FIFA 13.5. They've dumbed it down for the casual people who complained.

What distinguished FIFA 14 in the first place was the weight and player momentum system. Each player felt different. You had to let go of the sprint button, and it forced a more tactical approach. My mantra was control ball first, just like how I play in real life.

Now I can just hold sprint all the time without worry. Left stick dribbling is gone. No more dancing around opponents using player body momentum to make slight turns and fool defenders.

Anyone else think the patch sucks?

i guess you'd have to accept the fact that out there, most fifa players are Kids and they are the one who spend lots of money on FUT.. maybe EA is trying to take care their biggest market. haha

not sure about what you said. later i'll try if i have time but i don't usually dribble much.

true. though it's not that easy to sprint pass defenders like in fut13. but deffo can see the difference compared to pre-patch.
since the patch, i've been changing formations every 2-3 games
sometimes it works wonders, sometimes players just seem out of position all the time especially in CAM/CM/CMD area. worst when my ST jadi my CM

Well said. Apparently the patch was also to fix overpowered headers, but still feels the same. The headers are still absurd too

but i still feel its easy to score using header
