Create another cheap squad to be a fitness squad.
Play with Squad A , Squad B in subs
Play with Squad B, Squad A in subs.

Meaning that if the players are left untouched for a time, the energy or fitness will be replenished? I usually buy fitness cards thou.

yes just create another squad with the team B inside and your team A as the sub.
Then when your team A has low fitness just switch to your team B and play offline mood
1 or 2 games your team A people will back to 99 fitness.
Only applies if they are in your sub when you play team B.

i always do that.. xD have two or three squad keep on rotate if one of the squad fitness is getting low. the maximum a squad can play is around 5/6 match a;; player will reach 70 fitness

anyone is annoyed when you 2 defender were closing in an opponent, 1 of them tackle the ball out but then the 2nd defender 'auto-tackle' at the same time deflecting the ball back in.
this happen to me quite frequently it annoys me. it's already hard to take the ball from CPU, with their quick recovery etc, but when this happen it is really annoying.

sometimes even ref biased to the CPU
