sigh~ now even drop pro club match also getting boring. a player from the middle would run towards the corner to cross, where they can just try a through ball cutting through defenders. why the heck would you run that far to cross. seriously this is getting to be header 14

Yup. thats why I rarely play online mode nowadays. I didn't even play FUT because if seasons H2H with normal players/pace is already like that, then what about FUT which most people say have higher pace game. If I play online, I would ended up rage losing because of stupid mistake. for example, through out the game i was able to defend their through ball, but at the last minute 1 defender decided to f up by having stupid touch, or ridiculously slow header towards goalkeeper.

If you really want to force them play a better game, play MANual. that way, there is no way they could easily spam the exploit. Heck you could get a few laugh seeing where they were aiming (through ball, crosses, shot) all this while.

haha I had this moment a lot!. when 1 def tackle, the other don't know why want to tackle also.. ended up deflecting the ball back inside, towards opponent.

But anyway did u guys ever notice that sometimes, your players perform so poor. Underpowered pass, stood still don't want to take ball ( just watch the pass went through them), couldn't clear the ball out of your penalty box no matter how many players have tried. haha sometimes i feel this game has some 'scripted' drama in there.

Nowadays i play career mode a lot, into 5th season or more. what i notice is my players perform so well on the first half of the season. towards the end, their performance start to drop. and why they like to ask for wage increase so much! at least 2-3 players per season. even the new signing also ask for wage increase. ~_~

haha like that it's even worse for me. i play on manual control. i want to pass just in front of my CAM, and the ball is obviously travel slowly and in front of that CAM. BUT that offside striker is the one who run back towards the ball. seriously

haha yes for someone like me who is very weak in defending, it took quite an effort to defend. but that effort went down the drain when a stupid uncontrollable mistake by 1 defender is done.

I like the new PES, but feel a bit laggy sometimes (feel like playing in slow motion). maybe next gen console is better for them. But the problem with PES is the overall gameplay (outside match game) is a bit boring to me. I prefer the newer fifa 14 career mode.

you mean the menu right? hmm not too laggy for me (on PS3), but i would avoid going to team management as much as possible. that was the most laggy part. I love not being able to know the full player stats and depend solely on your scout report (although you have outside resource to use XD).

Just realize yesterday i played with this club and bring it to the league champion, and champion league winner.. but my wage is only 4k .. can manager ask for wage increase too. i'd love it if the board made counter offer if I decided to ask for job in another club. hahaha

cant wait for fifa 14 on PS4. gotta try that ignite engine and see how the AI react. they said it'll be 4 times calculation power than the current gen. Maybe the header would be a bit difficult as the previous presentation shows that more than 2 players can fight for headers.

wth. first game of the season in my career result in 5-4. this is the first time ever i got this high scoring goals in a match. O_O.

Guys how do I use my players' body to 'shield' while running. whenever i want to tackle CPU they would automatically do that. It took quite an effort to get the ball from them. normally like 2++ tackle (stand tackle) to be successful. But for them, just a slight push/tackle to my player they go unbalanced or suddenly stop running or slow down significantly. ~_~

haha my controller is safe, but not the thing around me. ~_~

fifa is the only game that makes me rage. heck even when i played ninja gaiden and died so much i never felt to rage. maybe because fifa is somehow purposely 'making' you to lose. those rage games are usually the one I can't do anything, e.g: stupid touch, players don't want to run, rebound that can never go out of my penalty box no matter how much i tried to clear, players that just look at the ball running beside them when I pass, and many more!

how to time leh? press too late they'll take another touch, which can be easily taken away by opponent. haha

guys try play manual and see how funny/rage it is when this thing happen. sometimes the player's touch is heavier then the pass itself. i couldn't understand that logic. maybe because in assisted setting that would supposed to be heavy pass..

me (and maybe the rest) are not rage because of the lack of skill etc. If I can't defend properly there is no need to rage. but the cause of rage is always something that I can never control. what do I have to do if can't instruct my player to take the ball instead of just stood still watching the ball pass through. what can I do if I press the clear button but the player take an extra touch to clear. what can I do if i successfully tackle but my other defender auto tackle deflecting the ball back to opponent? these moments are always the cause of rage.

But anyway, i just treat that as part of the game in the end. Rage is only temporary and fifa is just my casual game anyway. haha

next year I hope PES will be better than the 'overworked' current-gen consoles to handle their new FOX-engine based game. so with this, I hope fifa would be making a better game! win-win!

downloading fifa 14 on ps4

played 1 game in fifa14 ps4. really feel different especially the movement feel very smooth!

can't say it now since I haven't explored any mode fully.
the header is definitely harder in crowded penalty box, many players fighting for the ball.
there are so many details added in the game. I play using broadcast camera, feel like real match dy.

I'll try the share feature later to share 1 gameplay. aha

oh if you ask me which one i would choose between ps3 and ps4, definitely ps4. it feels like fifa14, not fifa 13.5..

yup. wow just started career mode today. dem the simulation is so fast! no need to wait that long anymore for next game.

yeah there are lots of improvements, on animations. for example, if your player just stop a ball in static position, and then you tried to do over the top through ball (far/heavy).. the player would take few steps back before kicking. no more those awkward looks-like-just-tapping-the-ball but the ball goes high and far over the top. haha

fifa 14 AI sometimes just seems impossible to beat! intercept every final through passes, even clearance also can intercept. ~_~
if you guys have hated the previous fifa14 AI on ridiculous block (shot), expect more, not only on shot, now everything also can intercept/block. ~_~

it's the new fifa 14 on ps4.. you'd feel the different as what some said, ai now can better read your move.
