alot of jobs requirements requires 1 year working experience.

the 1 year working experience terms can be regard as Related or not related to your field.

if you see Fresh Graduates are welcome and comes with term of 1 year working experience, most of it are saying 'Work Experience', the working experience you had
in the past you did before. it can be you work in restaurant, in office as admin, in whatever job you tried and 'tasted' office work or suffered mental physical words
from your boss before.

another meaning is: the experience you had as vocational training industry
during your school holiday season.

you got all kinds of network papers, MCSE/CCNA/CCNP/ABC/XYZ/ETC...

As someone mentioned above, paper = theory : handson = pratical.

experience counts when comes to applying for job in your field.

Bosses always prefer those with experience in priority, freshie with paper is in third in line... salary also based on these.

i left networking field 4 years back and ventured into something else.
working as network specialist in XXXXXX company is full of challenge and headache.

so gear up...

hey thank you all. i dont have a degree in my hand, i just have a mcse, ccna, ccnp only and have a diploma in computer network engineer. just this four certs only.

Did anyone have a mcse or ccnp certificate here, the question is with this cert i can pick what job in IT field, such as like System Engineer, Network engineer, and what else that i can pick, because i really dont know that what type of job that i can choose just except those two only. someone with the MCSE OR CCNP cert work related to this certs, while beside those two i have know.?

And strongbaby is there you means is whatever that i have work before but it`s may not related to my certs, also can count in also??? and it just depands on the company that who want to employ those who have exprience on that kind of job only?? example<2 years exprience in LAN/WAN> that means this company only want to employ for those have exprience in only right?

THANK YOU FOR THOSE WHO HAVE REPLY ME,

tons of college offers such scheme like you graduate with us with a job secured by them...etc

so now you smarter, you should know what to do next time you refer friends
to other college with such verbal promises.

get them to pen down in black and white letter.
