Oh Great IT Guru, ape backup program to use that can back-up everything ( programs, password, n EVERYTHING) in case HDD kaput? So that I dun have to reinstall EVERYTHING all over again for a new HDD.

reminds me of last time i use acronis to create image of dozens of notebooks released in those 2 years. lol... walk-in customers that want to format i charge rm30 to rm50 depend on mood, help them backup, ghost back the image, all done in less than 30 mins easy money

nope, i'm not that smart. when new model come, for example new shipment come, acer got 5 models, we install win xp and win vista (back then no 7), and we create images of those new models after we install driver and standard software. if got 160gb and 250gb models, then need different image. and we also create 2 partitions.

so when customers come, mostly is new notebooks that don hav os, or recent notebooks that have virus inside, we just move all backup files into d driver, then use boot disc to wipe c, scan d for virus, and ghost back c using our ready-made images.

ya, think long time liao the pros and cons of go sg/kl to work. sg manyak stress, work also macam no life, gaji good, but i don't think in long run can come back lor, when wan come back, suddenly see salary in RM so small, nobody can tahan de. KL even worse, and safety/security even more jia lat.

my frens got robbed in kl b4, another 1 died in a car crash, rumored that the person who knocks him down is the guy that buy the 7.2 million house.

but my cuzzy family at kl lar, so far so good, if go there i got few frens, and also a family member to be with that's all. but i just can't leave my mum behind in this kampong. 
maybe he has many friends in sg, maybe also coz working environment more lenggang. so far from my frens working in civil and o&g, abit like no life, everyday need to force themselves OT coz can't finish work in time. reach home late liau, rarely got outings, only thing good is if got gf together at sg then maybe got abit of companionship lar. no frens working in IT field in SG so i can't comment.
