IOI city has one of the relatively newest cinemas...
So it's a good choice. But have to factor-ed in parking rate.

At the mall now, it’s quite crowded. Mostly at the lowest floor area for makan.

Yes only the LG floor restaurant tenants are doing OK. The other floors, dying...

After oridinary Friday payer, this mall is seeing crowds normally..
School holidays and approaching long weekend, more crowds.

I do see ppl walking around upstairs. Some got buy stuff but most just walking around. Better than I expected.

I think it’s more of the latter.

the floor with F&B outlets tend to do better biz..
others tenants, just "sleep" only
nowadays mostly people buy online.. got crowd, it's mostly window shopping only

If like this, gone case. Sooner or later, the mall has to close down.

SKVE is one of my major travelling paths...
(Not staying at Siber )

Some of my friends from Cheras Slatan also come to/recommend this mall too(using Silk then SKVE no toll)...

I went to alamanda a few months ago. I haven’t been there for the longest time. I was quite shocked to see some stalls closed already and no new replacement. I thought this mall was doing well (well, prior to Ioi city mall opening 3 years back).

Well alamanda not doing so good.. Only the cinema is okay.. Others like not so interesting..

Previously they the only mall in the area.. Ever since IOI city mall opens, this mall lost their shine 😊

Bump this thread up since I kinda plan to go there window shopping 2moro. My last experience on IOI City Mall was long time ago during my student days in UPM. The mall was decent but getting there was hell if you don't have transport and rely on public transport. That time I wait bus (I think it's Nadi Putra, really shitty bus operator I really hate to go Putrajaya because of this) around an hour and then from Hospital Serdang to IOI already charged me rm2.00 so when habis shopping want jimat risk life walk all the way from IOI pass through the underpass intersection back to Kolej 17 take campus bus back to UPM main campus. So now is there any reliable public transport to there?
