Anyone side loading ooVoo on their bb10 device? I can't get it to open after signing in. I really love my Z30 but since my family is all over the world we like to group video chat. Need to find an alternative or change phone. Sigh.

Already have those. But they don't have group video call right. I need group video calling for more than one. Too bad.

Those who have Z30 DO NOT UPDATE to 10.3.1 YET.
If you have, KEEP THE BATTERY FULL / do not let it drain low

Thing is even if your battery is 100% within minutes will go flat (battery icon red outline with empty inside). If it goes dead, that's it. But when tried on, black screen. Press volume down a while you can hear bb assistant speaking.

Anybody think changing the screen will do anything? On crackberry said changing screen doesnt help too. Phone stays blacked out.

I feel you bro. Using lg g2 now. Still miss my Z30.

i did. basically playbook is more optimised to be paired with OS7.
i remembered z30's notifications on playbook too.
other than that i'm not too sure what else it could do cause i disconnect.
double notifications. haha

and oh, emails can be read from the playbook too. haha

bro does your phone still makes sound for noti and when tapping power button 3 times it speaks to you (screen reader mode)? If yes (like mine), I contacted BB through email and they are prepared to give warranty but have to go to their service center by our self. They give like 2 + 14 days to claim the extended warranty using the ticket they gave you.

If you are too lazy to go to their service center (like me), you could buy a new screen for less than rm240 with postage and change it. Very simple and easy procedure. Voila, the phone becomes amazing again. Just for case of SoD, not one where it does not power on at all.

if you search z30 screen here got one seller open a thread. I bought from him too but through lelong if I'm not mistaken. Or you could buy from eBay, screen itself is cheaper but not much different when included postage fee.
