Anybody having problem with RMAH security code? I waited and waited but no sms received.

I am facing the same issue as well, and they told me that is my service provider problem
Have you submit the ticket to Blizzard too ?

yea, im using hotlink actually.
then i have no choice to tag my gf phone number (Digi) in my Bnet account

im having same problem,i cant unlock my account...registered with 017 telco.think only 012 and 017 affected. my digi just works fine

I'm using Maxis Postpaid, still having issues....

Just got off the phone with Maxis, they confirm not to have a block on the previous number that Blizzard used to send the SMS notifications (+44 7781470659)

think it's Bliz's end problem,cause players from other country with different telco also facing same problem

after the f***in maintainance, the problem still exist

At least u guys are able to login to your accounts.

For my case, I couldn't event unlock my account. Apparently my account was banned for no reason. Dint play the game for 3months.

To add matters worst, couldn't receive the SMS code to unlock my account (Using Hotlink 017)

Hence, cant login to my account, cant even send ticket or live chat for support.


Anyone can give me some solution to get in touch with blizzard?

you may submit a ticket and request for an escalation, since the issue is persists about 2 weeks already.

demm i also have this problem..i've already send a ticket to bliz just now.. hopefully they can resolve this issue..

012 and 017 only have problems as i know,016,010,019 no prob

@@ I only have 012 and 017...

mine 1 is 016 which is converted to Hotlink at few years ago, and it has no problem.
while my another hotlink number 011-1* has the problem.

read some comments by the forumer, its very funny that the customer support refuse to solve the issue, and keep asking user to check with the telco.
