Just now during the tournement..the Penang CC who handle the tourney send their own team under FTZ. But..when their team against netcity(One of penang strongest Team) which they having some problem to counter...the marshal of tourney come rules say...another team ward around the nature creep and that Slower the spawn rate of the nature creep. And disqualify them. I wonder issit true. When a ward reveal the location of nature creep..it slower it spawn rate?

ya...the ward rules is quite annoying.....even see any little part of neutral creep = yellow card or up to marshal like...dq somethin...
phozen, nz n gamebox is different...but them is friend =D..n 1 of the gamebox is ex nz ppl |

this might because the smm rules is too sensitif....jus see the creep...n wasn't put the ward on the spawn point n make it canot spawn neutral creep. N marshal decisions is ...zZz

The 2 marshalls from SMM surely doesnt look like that kind of people cause they are really good people that tried their best to avoid fussy teams. Maybe the marshall in charge are from that home team cc. HahahaI dont think creep will spawn slower than normal, just my 2 cents. Normally it take around 1:30 secs for neutrals to spawn. If that area is exploited with wards then it wont spawn. Although there are exception sometimes as we tested that before, anyhow, too bad the team got dqed for a minor foul. Last time during my match, my opposite team made 2 necronomicon, and all they got is just point deduction and a warning since we didnt presure the marshall to dq our opponents |

b4 the tour start the marshal said ' 5-10 points deduction if ward can see neu creeps ' but now they dq nct team.
