I would like to know can i direct upgrade my current ios 5.1.1 to ios 7?
I check on my itunes but it just allow me to upgrade to ios 6.1.3.

Update your iTunes app first.. 11.1 for Windows is out.

I tried from 5.1.1 but couldn't get the notification for iOS7 update. but my other iPad on 6.1.3 was able to detect it after upgrading from 6.1.2.

Try again tomorrow, if you still can't then maybe you'll have to upgrade to 6.1.3 first

iOS7 on iPad3 is abit buggy

unresponsive keyboard, preview picture from album takes long time to load, and cover-to-lock sometimes dont work

I check ota don't have.. Do i need to connect to itunes to update?

Well, as an iPad 3 owner here, i would not update my ipad to latest iOS 7. I am thinking that it might be pretty lag once i am in iOS 7 consider that this ipad is not 100% smooth even in iOS 6

Happy enough with iOS7 on my iPad3. My apps work fine, the slight stutter here and there is acceptable to me. Smoother than any Android-based tablet I have used.

i updated my iPad 3 ady.. nothing problem.. everything is ok.. only transition animation looks lag while closing apps only.. but i think it's the motion.. i will upgrade my iphone 5 later while to compare see.. whether it's my iPad 3 problem or original UI transition animation problem..

damn i'm on Ipad 4th Gen ..upgrade to iOS7 then the camera does not work ......it just black screen

Did some search ......seems like this problem already occur in Beta version .....now official already this problem still happen

iPhone 5 transition animation different with ipad.. iphone 5 very smooth.. even i full restore my ipad as new ipad and new settings, the transition animations is still same there.. (only occur when closing apps) the animation seems lag.. i need to ask my friends other ipad 3 and 4 test see.. but i think different hardware there..

other than that, iOS 7 in ipad and iphone are looks good..

there are something i dont like in iOS is about the when phone/ipad is locked, people can turn off my devices by just press and hold the power button and turn off.. no security at all..should make it have to authorize to turn off the phone..


**EDITED: Transition animation only lags when i use 5 fingers to close up the apps.. No lag noticed when I use home button or assistive touch home button..
