Well if you had set Steam Guard on they wouldn't have been able to login, even with the password phished since the confirmation code would go to your email since it's a new computer.

dont tell me, email & steam pass is the same?? mmg

steam guard always send code if we log in from different pc..

in my case it was totally different !

even it is different, still they manage to hijack steam acc..
somehow i read about bypassing steam guard.. dont know its true or not

ya ... coz i dun put same pw for every social media or email or game account .. but well
i guess it was my bad day .. already submitted steam ticket n provide necessary information.
hope that they can get it back asap

a lesson for me also.. my pass are easy to guess..
gonna change it asap..

You should probably scan your computer or something. If they've managed to bypass all your security and emails then there's probably a keylogger or something on your pc.

they nvr asked for pw .. it is my fren's account and told me he has another accounts asked me add
without hesitation then i click ... n found weird ... after that my steam forced log out and gg

bypass my steam only ... other than that ntg happen ... i directly call bank to freeze my accounts n went to my bro's pc to change every single pw
luckily only scam my dota 2 ... or else i would in more deep shit T_T

yup ... i m glad i able to calm n do all the steps ...
i dont mind losing all the cosmetics items in dota 2 as long as all my bank accounts in my pc are still fine ...
i also delete cache and every browsing history just in case
waiting my fren to help me reformat the pc .. i dun wan open it =_=

my chrome always on incognito mode.. close browser, no history nor cache will be stored..
add some adblock extension .. just in case..

hmm...so far ive no prob..
maybe my acct not attractive at all,they dun even wanna hack mine haha
