Thanks for reply..
How about ohms of amps?
Method 1 show 2ohms amp connect to dual 4ohms subs.. method 2 show 8ohms amp connect to dual 4 ohms..
Another review at sonic electronic show for monoblock used method 1 and for 2 channel amp used method 2..

Sure I will bring this sub to shop to do installation but I dont want the accessories shop make any mistake that affected the subs or amp....

The load (ohm) on the amp is given by the speaker wiring configuration.
U wire it to less ohm u will get more power, i.e. Method 1

If u worried, then u better get another installer, otherwise make sure ur shop gives u good warranty on ur amps

suggestion from alpine (sealed box volume: 0.75-1.00 cu. ft.// ported box volume: 1.25-1.50 cu. ft.)

calculate sub volume using http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/box_wizard.asp : 1.36 Cubic Feet

use sub hear outside...

you either add sub woofer units...

you add huge power....

choose whichever fits your budget...

but to use an alpine sub and run on SPL setup, i dont think its gonna do your wallet or equipment any good...

run on chapalang stuff enough liao... at least for the same price you can buy multiple units!

Bro, dun reli understand why u open boot to listen . . . . hmm.gif
Anyway, normal subs works veli well in a closed car coz the air pressure is contained, if u wan to play loud in open air, u need something like these (huge woofers with mega power)

Now, if you are some kind of basshead (like i do) and u like to show off to a crowd (i m low profile), something like this wud do a much better job

so delicious . . . . tongue.gif

Better yet, get 4 of these

to be honest, ur sub doesn't look like its made for SPL, might not be a good idea to spend on another box using the same sub

i see, so u r saying bout the wind noise becomes louder hmm.gif

this thing not bad can handle 3000w, the design is so civilised biggrin.gif
price oso very reasonable
i think this sub deserves a bigger box

the recommended enclosure size can usually be found in the manufacturers manual or website, have you tried looking for it ?
