I have. And mostly I would book thru AAGO after I have compared the 'ala cart' pricing vs AAGO.
And yes, good deal is really worth it via AAGO!

When you select add ons, you can select by individuals.
Even if you missed that, you can still choose them separately at web check in later.

I assumed you booked thru Airasiago.

I booked a different destination and received a confirmation for both flight and hotel.
If you are worry, contact the hotel to be sure.
