Hello S4 User,

Need some help from your guys.

Am using GT-I9505 (Android Version 4.3).
I belief last week, there was a firmware updates.

Since then,
1) I am unable to sync with Outlook Contact, Calendar and Task. I tried to download Kies, Kies 3 and Kies Air - all not working. HELP.
2) I noticed my phone freeze for few seconds now and then. Very noticeable when you are typing WhatsApp and Play game. The screen just free for 1-2 seconds.

Any idea how to reset back to previous Firmware setting?
I am not having fun with my LTE S4. Very bad experience with Syncing. Missing contacts all the time.
Alot of hard work required.
