any ideas on how to backup completely before doing fatory reset? I did backup using kies3 but not really confident with it. Can i know is there any other ways to backup the apps i have installed already?

ty im alreaady downloading helium as i was googling and now will download androzip too...hopefully factory reset solve my lags!

i9500 using two processor which is 1.6 and 1.2 in it whereas i9505 using 1.9 single processor ...

im having hard time to reset to factory setting. I tried to reset from the phone by clicking the menu under account and go under backup and reset. wen the delete all appears its nt doing anyting. Then i turn off and tried the hard reset way i cant get into the boot menu.
