yeah but i think tenby in Setia Alam better.. Shah Alam so many int'l school btw.. even klang got 1 now..

Dis vista alam right beside the int'l school right?? Can target families with kids la..

830 psf is a record...why d guy dont wanna buy from developer... sec 13 new condo can get 3 bedroom unit for 600k or less...

I would sell cos market not stable in 2015 with many O&G pipu fearing for their job/bonus

Serious ??? 830psf ? I drop my spec .. if so, it is really enlightening and i should re-evaluate my criteria on property investment so that not to miss such type of property again .

in my opinion, the most only reach 600psf once CCC, 714 and 759 will reach 420k ++ ... dont seems so reasonable in the market with this pricing ..

I jus passby Shah Alam after a long time n was shocked at how good Vista Alam looks like..really glassy n nice.. even better than Sri Acapella..

Aeon Dkayangan in sec 13 also progressing very quickly
