my reasoning ... leasehold project with unknown tenancy , high density and average build concept .....in shah alam, which integrated project able to sell at 800psf ? they might be people asking for the price now, but let see how easy to get transaction ...

Serious ??? 830psf ? I drop my spec .. if so, it is really enlightening and i should re-evaluate my criteria on property investment so that not to miss such type of property again .
