I found the goreng sequence as following: S-REIT->cmmt->sunreit->the rest
no matter up or down also like this.  brows.gif
*
Yeah sreit is much more sensitive to US bond yields and will be the first mover...

This page seem like everyone buy REIT for trading. Shouldn't we buy REIT for long term dividend which is why we all look for dividend rate?
*
If low price good yield then keep lah, but when price high low yield, why keep? Must always see the fundamentals vs share price and decide if will you buy more at current price. If the answer is no, then its time to let go....if yes even if price continue to go down will keep loading like what i did with cmmt.

The main aim of investment is for profits, no matter if the profits come from dividend or capital gain.

might have to, to curb inflationary pressures (if really get to that stage) with all the price hikes now sad.gif
*
Not much inflationary pressure.. since count only basic goods.. not including your teh tarik at mamak shop, toll fees, imported goods etc etc.

Expected inflation CPI is 3.4% for 2014. For 2013 is about 2.8%

So.. you think BNM will raise interest rate mou? tongue.gif

BNM will only raise interest rate in few occasions only-

1. RM forex rate goes out of control
2. Inflation pressure goes out of control
3. Monetary policy goes out of control

So far all 3 still stable...if BNM raise interest rate, the country GDP growth will be affected and that is their NO 1 priority. nod.gif
