This page seem like everyone buy REIT for trading. Shouldn't we buy REIT for long term dividend which is why we all look for dividend rate?

klse.i3investor.com whereby u can check the history payout so that u can guess when is the next time. Read their prospectus whether they are paying quarterly or semi-annually

CIMB report says less excitement in reit for 2014
main content of cimb report:

REITs’ 2014 share-price performances to be subdued,
weighed down by rising interest rates, a lack of asset injections and a
potentially stronger performance of the broader market.
and sunway reit drop almost 4% until i get sms from cimb lol

normal for them to do so, they amplify your greed and fear. or else how they earn your money?

If the private placement, aka more share being issued and the money is used to buy good yield asset, it won't have dilution, as newer acquisition asset will be contributing more profit to the company.

true, as axreit management team is always prudent.

do you think Casio is a popular brand?
how many of your friends around you are using Casio product?
other than the above 2 questions, its balance sheet looking good.
so i'm still hesitate to buy it. need more research i guess.  hmm.gif
*
im not sure about casio watches but 80% of the students buy casio calculator (not much effect since the calculator will be used from secondary school to university, meaning good quality? hmm.gif )

if the profit for a reit can grow 7-10% per annum, keep invest and the dividend could support your needs in 20 years time (assuming inflation of 5%)
