Compared to IGB occupancy >99%...

I prefer this kind of deal for reit, that's why I owned YTLreit previously.

As I invested in reit purpose to collect rental only, I do not want business risk related to room occupancy.
This risk let the hotel operators to worry.
If I want this risk, I buy hotel company shares.
