Fren bought the 2500 sq ft for RM 1.5mil more than 3 years ago. Another fren looking into it now, plenty of choice with similar sizes, all also RM 1.5mil now. The price like nvr increase since 3-4 years ago.

Unsure abt Tiffani facilities and etc but RM 1mil for 1300 sf seems not low at all.
