Lumina Kiara vs. Tiffani Kiara, Both condo similar location/price range

To the honorable Sifu/s,
Would like to seek some opinion from the sifu here. Comparing approximately 1,500 sqft of Lumina Kiara vs. 1,300 of Tiffani Kiara. Both also similar price range/rental/location. Which one would be more suitable for own stay & some investment intention just in case need to sell it out after few years? As the current entry price is selling at about RM1mil for both unit. Thank you in advance  |

I would go for Tiffani if I were you, as it looks nicer & livelier compare to Lumina.

Somemore, if not mistaken, I was being told the buyers obtained good discounts from developer during pre-launch. Fren bought the 2500 sq ft for RM 1.5mil more than 3 years ago. Another fren looking into it now, plenty of choice with similar sizes, all also RM 1.5mil now. The price like nvr increase since 3-4 years ago. Lumina Kiara - Low density. But the facilities so so only. Should plant some trees at the side of the swimming pool, to hide the Toll Plaza view...

Anything so close to the highway at that price will not attract too much demand, considering the many other options around. Just my view anyway.
