QUOTE(Ezra86 @ Sep 26 2013, 01:15 AM) Well I also have no idea on why the process is coming up even after I wipe anything to do with the game. Is there a folder where android places the process to startup? You may want to try Add-on Checker ( I think thats the name ) and see if it shows you where's the culprit. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 26 2013, 01:27 AM) Assuming if I want to change a phone now, how can I backup my WhatsApp messages and photos? SMS BAckup+ can backup Whatsapp messages now. There are many touching messages that my ex-boss sent to me before she left the company, I don't want to lose them... Any way? You will see a Whatsapp folder in your gmail account that you specify for backup. |

QUOTE(n8210 @ Sep 26 2013, 11:05 AM) Thanks, I am aware of bro fallenout's service. But I want to confirm if it is a sme phone before I buy. So I'm not asking for service to help register online. I'm just saying the frontpage also tells readers to call Samsung customer service to verify if the imei is sme or not, but when I call they ask me to use the sms service to check. However, since it is not yet registered, how to check? I guess too many people have been calling them You can verify by the sirim sticker beneath the battery i suppose. My Japanese docomo phone doesn't have it. |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Sep 27 2013, 06:34 PM) total 40m sales for note series 30m sales from note II, hooray !!! Samsung sold over 40 million Notes, 30 million of which were Note II sales Note is almost equivalent to their S series then. .....and it was clear that the phablet – now a word in the Oxford dictionary – was here to stay, and that Samsung was the unchallenged king of the phablet market. QUOTE(Audiophilic @ Sep 28 2013, 09:32 AM) Hi guys, in terms of battery, camera and smoothness and also the color, is s note 2 better or Xperia ZL? Sometimes I hate Samsung because of the amoled screen, the color like too saturated and non natural. But not sure note 2 is the same or not. Battery beats everything. The available ram for user normally left how much? Camera I don't know but google can tell you. Free RAM should be around 800mb but you don't need to worry about it at all. Color saturation can be adjusted via settings for several modes. |

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Oct 1 2013, 08:38 AM) Sorry but I can't help not to post this comment after you say Note 2 is problem free:- Replying you here so as not to "contaminate" that thread.I feel that emmc bug only happen to Exynos processor phone. Well, emmc was discovered but never acknowledged by Samsung, and though there were reports of SDS, it was not like a wave of it and most users were fine after the first 6 months. There are no further SDS reports here in the last 2 months. Apart from that, most discussions were on various custom ROMs and their issues by the flashoholics here. |

QUOTE(sacremento @ Oct 1 2013, 03:50 PM) Is there anyway for s note to read or store .txt file? i know there are apps like es file explorer, note editor that can read text file but i just prefer to view in s note..can hypernote or other similar app like s note do it? I think S-note can't do much except record inking. See page 1 there's a video about saving your S-note files, which shows lots of xml files and some jpgs. |

QUOTE(PyOsE @ Oct 1 2013, 05:19 PM) Not sure this is the cause or not. I updated my KIES to the lastest version and somehow when connect my Note 2 to my laptop, it says USB not recognize. There's no problem before i updated the KIES. Kies sucks. Did you try rebooting your PC after each install? There's a different KIES version for Note 3, and one for Note 2, S3 etc.1. Changed to original USB samsung cable, still the same 2. RE-Install latest Samsung USB drivers v1.5.27, still the same What else should be done? QUOTE(lanusb @ Oct 1 2013, 06:07 PM) how to get the mailbox to keep emails more than 1 week? currently its keeps up to 1 week of mails, and when i need older, it needs data to sync again..........isn't there any way where the mail is stored locally on the phone storage, to speed up "retrieval" of old mails, so i cna also view emails offline You can set this in the Gmail settings app for how many days archive to sync. Can't recall exactly where though. |

QUOTE(n8210 @ Oct 2 2013, 03:02 PM) I lost my Note 2, if anyone bought it, I believe s/he is a victim too. So I don't want buyer to feel worried if buyer let me know s/he bought my stolen Note 2, then buyer have to give back or anything. But I just want the buyer to give me details and information how buyer got it from the seller, whom might be the pencuri, or working with the pencuri. Could you share how u lost it? |
