i see. its your camera sensor problem, yes you cant see in normal and video mode, because, in normal and video mode its been cropped abit, so the part of that black spot cannot see. mine before got lot of dotted in camera. here you can see mine. this before i send to service center.

they told me it takes 2 weeks, because they need to send to HQ, but mine took almost a month. lol

they will ask you to backup everything for your safety, the HQ might reset your phone, but mine they didnt reset.

I heard about that too, but im from penang, so i just send it here.

Have you try reset fon to factory setting? Maybe there is some error in your system?

Use manual update, u can see previous page(somewhere 100-110) there is a post of link on how to install update manually.

I use, App cache cleaner , assistive touch, nova launcher.

Yes, become exactly 5" screen. lol
But i believe not only nova can do this, other launcher also can do the same(but not the stock one)..

Hehe mine the notification bar only hidden in homescreen, else still there.

Lol can get new Z1.!

But i think it all can be set in your keyboard setting.
