So, that means the game you played is built for the Famicom/NES platform, since you mention Adventure Island and Dodgeball game..I'm not sure if engine you said is refer to PC Engine or CPS game like from Capcom Arcade game..

That Dodgeball game is probably Super Dodgeball, made by Technos ..because I actually used to play it on Famicom-cloned game console when I was a kid...

About the game that you want to recall back its name, I am not sure if the one you played is actually a hacked bootleg copy or an unofficial or an unlicensed game for Famicom..So, really need to find any hacked bootleg games on the internet that look similar to the one you payed....

Lol Neutopia was my big brother's favourite PCE game.

He kept playing it day by day and I just watched him played. It's very fun to watch

I remember there was Emulator King CD. Inside got Snes9x and PC Engine. I have a copy (not physical).

But the best of all is Military Madness. Just finished it days ago lol.

And you all should also try Adventure Island, Liquid Kids, Son Son II, Jackie Chan's Adventure Kung Fu, and Mario series. Thats all I cud remember in this minute.
